- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with cooking spray or melted butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
- Transfer the batter into the greased donut pan, filling each mold about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool for about 5 minutes, then brush with melted butter and roll in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
