Description

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with cooking spray or melted butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
  5. Transfer the batter into the greased donut pan, filling each mold about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let them cool for about 5 minutes, then brush with melted butter and roll in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
