Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Refrigerate cream filling.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop dough onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool cookies.
- Melt chocolate chips and oil.
- Fill cookies with cream.
- Glaze with chocolate.
- Let glaze set.
