Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix dry ingredients.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
  6. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  7. Refrigerate cream filling.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  9. Drop dough onto baking sheets.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  11. Cool cookies.
  12. Melt chocolate chips and oil.
  13. Fill cookies with cream.
