Easy and delicious pie using canned peaches. A simple dessert for any occasion.

- 1 (14.5 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
- 1 box (14.1 ounces) refrigerated pie crusts
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon coarse sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Line a 9-inch pie plate with one pie crust.
- In a bowl, combine peaches, granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
- Pour peach mixture into the pie crust. Dot with butter.
- Cover with the second pie crust. Crimp edges to seal. Cut slits in the top crust for venting.
- Brush the top with milk and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to your desired sweetness.
- You can use fresh peaches if you prefer.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
