Description

Make a quick and delicious chocolate mug cake in minutes with this easy recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons Land O LakesĀ® Butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dark unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate baking chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large Land O LakesĀ® Egg (yolk only)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place butter into large coffee mug; microwave 30-45 seconds or until melted. Add all remaining cake ingredients; mix well with fork.
  2. Microwave 60-90 seconds or until cake pulls away from sides and top is dry. (Do not overcook.) Cool slightly. Top with desired toppings.

Notes

  • Substitute unsweetened baking chocolate.
