- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter, softened
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Lightly grease a griddle or frying pan and heat over medium heat.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the hot griddle. Swirl a small amount of cinnamon-sugar mixture into each pancake.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, cream together softened butter and 1 tablespoon cinnamon until light and fluffy.
- Serve pancakes immediately with cinnamon butter.

- Keep pancakes warm in a low oven until serving.
