Refreshing cranberry salad with a creamy Cool Whip dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 (14 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cranberry sauce, drained pineapple, marshmallows, and pecans.
- Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a tangier flavor, add a tablespoon of lemon juice.
- You can substitute walnuts for pecans.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
