Description

Eggnog Cheesecake Bars are a festive dessert perfect for the holidays. You will enjoy the creamy cheesecake filling and the subtle spice of eggnog in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  3. Bake crust for 8-10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Stir in eggnog, eggs, vanilla, and nutmeg.
  6. Pour filling over crust.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
