Description

Individual Eggnog Tiramisu Cups are a festive and easy-to-make dessert. This recipe combines the flavors of classic tiramisu with the seasonal taste of eggnog.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 ounces) ladyfingers, split
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 1 container (8 ounces) mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Dip ladyfingers in cooled coffee and eggnog mixture.
  2. Arrange soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of dessert cups.
  3. In a bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spoon mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers in each cup.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Garnish with ground nutmeg before serving.

Notes

  • You can use store-bought or homemade eggnog.
  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso.
  • These cups can be made a day ahead.
