A rich and decadent Flourless Chocolate Cake.
Ingredients

- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.
- Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Whisk in sugar until combined.
- Whisk in eggs one at a time, until fully incorporated.
- Stir in cocoa powder and salt.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
- Let cool completely in the pan before removing.
Notes
- Serve with fresh berries or whipped cream.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
