Make decadent fudgy brownies with crunchy walnuts at home.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (50g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (50g) walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Melt butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Stir in vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually add flour and mix until just combined. Stir in chopped walnuts.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake them.
- Add chocolate chips for added richness.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
