Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound linguine pasta
  • 1.5 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Pour in white wine, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in parsley and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat.
  7. Serve immediately.
