Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 6 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by slicing it into cutlets and placing it in a zip lock bag with Italian dressing. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the marinated chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake the seasoned chicken on a wire rack over a baking sheet for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. While the chicken bakes, mix melted butter with minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the chicken towards the end of baking, then finish cooking until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Allow cooling slightly before serving.
