- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 6 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by slicing it into cutlets and placing it in a zip lock bag with Italian dressing. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the marinated chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake the seasoned chicken on a wire rack over a baking sheet for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken bakes, mix melted butter with minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the chicken towards the end of baking, then finish cooking until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Allow cooling slightly before serving.
