- 1 box white or vanilla cake mix (about 15.25 oz / 432g)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (113g)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- Green gel food coloring
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (225g)
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50g)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Combine cake mix, melted butter, eggs, cocoa powder, and green food coloring. Mix until smooth and spread into dish.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add egg, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
- Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter. Swirl gently.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing.
