Description
Italian Cream Bombs are a simple, no-bake dessert. They combine cream cheese, whipped cream, and vanilla wafers for a sweet treat.

- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (12 ounce) box vanilla wafers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Line a bowl with plastic wrap.
- Place vanilla wafers in the bowl, covering the bottom and sides.
- Pour cream cheese mixture into the bowl.
- Cover with more vanilla wafers.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Invert onto a serving plate and remove plastic wrap.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- You can substitute other cookies for vanilla wafers.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or fresh fruit.
