- 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pour lemon pie filling into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle lemon cake mix evenly over the pie filling.
- Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
