- 8 low-carb tortillas
- 8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- Melted butter as needed
Instructions
- Lay out the low-carb tortillas.
- Place one slice of cheese on each tortilla. Roll up tightly.
- Brush the outside of each roll-up with melted butter.
- Place in a pan over medium heat, seam side down.
- Turn until all sides are browned and cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh tortillas.
- Start cooking seam side down.
- Add butter as needed during cooking.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a pan or air fryer.
