Easy no-bake pumpkin lush dessert with layers of graham crackers, cream cheese, pumpkin, and Cool Whip.

- 1 package (14.4 oz) graham crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a 9×13 inch dish, arrange a layer of graham crackers to cover the bottom.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice.
- Gently fold the pumpkin mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the Cool Whip over the graham cracker layer.
- Spread the pumpkin cream cheese mixture over the Cool Whip.
- Top with the remaining Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans, if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
- You can substitute the graham crackers with vanilla wafers.
- The dessert can be made a day ahead of time.
