Description

Easy and delicious Philadelphia Cheesecake Bars recipe.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 package (14.3 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Beat in egg.
  4. Press cookie dough into the bottom of an ungreased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  5. Pour cream cheese mixture over cookie dough.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
