- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 package (14.3 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Beat in egg.
- Press cookie dough into the bottom of an ungreased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over cookie dough.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
- Add fruit topping for extra flavor.
