Ingredients

- 12 ounces white chocolate chips
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon green apple extract
- Green gel food coloring
- Red candy melts
- Optional: Black sprinkles
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Stir in green apple extract and green gel food coloring until desired color is achieved.
- Pour fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Melt red candy melts according to package directions.
- Drizzle melted red candy melts over the green fudge.
- Optional: Sprinkle with black sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.

- For a more intense apple flavor, add more green apple extract.
