Make this spooky and delicious Poison Apple Halloween Fudge for your next Halloween party.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon green apple extract
  • Green gel food coloring
  • Red candy melts
  • Optional: Black sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in green apple extract and green gel food coloring until desired color is achieved.
  5. Pour fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Melt red candy melts according to package directions.
  7. Drizzle melted red candy melts over the green fudge.
  8. Optional: Sprinkle with black sprinkles.
