- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries. Pat them dry.
- In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the pumpkin mixture, coating evenly.
- (Optional) Dip the coated strawberries into graham cracker crumbs.
- Place the strawberries on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the coating to set.
- Serve chilled.
