Ingredients

  • 1 box (14.1 ounces) refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll pie crusts and place in a 9×13 inch baking dish, pressing to fit.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour pumpkin mixture over the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
