- 1 box (14.1 ounces) refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Unroll pie crusts and place in a 9×13 inch baking dish, pressing to fit.
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour pumpkin mixture over the pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use homemade pie crust.
- Top with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
