Description

Delicious and easy pumpkin spice cake pops.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box pumpkin spice cake mix
  • 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package (12 ounces) vanilla-flavored candy coating
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bake cake according to box directions using pumpkin puree instead of water/oil.
  2. Let cake cool completely.
  3. Crumble cake into a large bowl.
  4. Add cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  5. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
  6. Melt candy coating according to package directions.
  7. Dip the tip of a lollipop stick into the melted candy and insert into a cake ball.
  8. Dip cake ball into melted candy, coating completely.
  9. Place cake pop on wax paper and decorate with sprinkles, if desired.
  10. Let set until firm.

Notes

  • You can use different flavored cake mixes and candy coatings.
