Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies are a delightful combination of rich red velvet flavor and creamy cheesecake.

- 1 box (15.25 ounces) red velvet cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine red velvet cake mix, oil, and 2 eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add 1 egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the red velvet layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For a fudgier brownie, slightly underbake.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
