Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons meringue powder
  • 6 tablespoons warm water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine powdered sugar and meringue powder.
  2. Add warm water and mix until smooth.
  3. Beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  4. Add more water, 1 teaspoon at a time, to reach desired consistency.
  5. Use immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • For thinner icing, add more water.
  • For thicker icing, add more powdered sugar.
  • Keep icing covered to prevent it from drying out.
