Ingredients

- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons meringue powder
- 6 tablespoons warm water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine powdered sugar and meringue powder.
- Add warm water and mix until smooth.
- Beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Add more water, 1 teaspoon at a time, to reach desired consistency.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container.
Notes
- For thinner icing, add more water.
- For thicker icing, add more powdered sugar.
- Keep icing covered to prevent it from drying out.
