Soft baked maple donut bars are easy to make and perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients

- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.75 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.5 cups whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.33 cups pure maple syrup
- 0.25 cups melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined.
- Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into bars; enjoy warm or at room temperature.
