A sweet and creamy Strawberry Buttercream Frosting perfect for cakes and cupcakes.
Ingredients

- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup strawberry puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1–2 tablespoons milk or cream, if needed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the strawberry puree and vanilla extract.
- If the frosting is too thick, add milk or cream, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
- Beat the frosting for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Use immediately to frost your cakes or cupcakes.
Notes
- For a stronger strawberry flavor, use strawberry extract in addition to the puree.
- Adjust the amount of powdered sugar for desired sweetness.
- Store leftover frosting in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
