A layered dessert with vanilla pudding, fresh fruit, vanilla wafers, and strawberry crunch topping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 2 ripe bananas, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed gold Oreos, vanilla cookies, or wafers

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2-3 minutes).
  2. Refrigerate the pudding for 5 minutes to set.
  3. Gently fold whipped cream into the pudding until fluffy, being careful not to overmix.
  4. In a serving dish or individual cups, layer pudding, bananas, strawberries, and crushed vanilla wafers.
  5. Repeat layering until the dish is full, finishing with a final layer of pudding.
