- 1 1/2 cups sugar cookie crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Sugar cookie sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine sugar cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Pour batter over cooled crust.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the center is just set.
- Let cool completely in the oven with the door ajar.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Decorate with sugar cookie sprinkles before serving.
