Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar cookie crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Sugar cookie sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine sugar cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Mix in vanilla extract.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Stir in sour cream.
  8. Pour batter over cooled crust.
  9. Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the center is just set.
  10. Let cool completely in the oven with the door ajar.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  12. Decorate with sugar cookie sprinkles before serving.
