Valentine’s Day Cheesecake: A stunning romantic dessert.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream or yogurt
- 1–2 teaspoons powdered sugar
- Pink or red food coloring or raspberry puree
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake 8–10 minutes and cool.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, then eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla, sour cream, flour, and salt just until combined.
- Pour cheesecake batter over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Mix sour cream with powdered sugar and tint pink. Drop small dots on top and drag a toothpick through each to form hearts.
- Bake 50–55 minutes until edges are set and the center slightly jiggles. Turn off oven, crack door, and rest 10 minutes.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
