- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (85g) white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (50g) dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in the salt and flour until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For best results, use high-quality white chocolate chips.
- You can substitute fresh cranberries for dried cranberries. If using fresh, chop them coarsely.
