- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Gradually beat in the cooled white chocolate.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract and beat until light and fluffy.
- Frost your cake or cupcakes.
