Easy white chocolate peppermint fudge recipe perfect for holidays.

- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- ΒΌ teaspoon sea salt
- Crushed peppermint candies for topping
Instructions
- In a large microwavable bowl, mix the white chocolate chips and the condensed milk together.
- Microwave for 15 second increments, stirring between each set, until mixture is melted. Should take no more than 1 minute max.
- Stir in peppermint extract and sea salt.
- Pour melted white chocolate mixture into a greased, foil-lined 9×9 or 8×8 baking pan, smooth with spatula, and top with peppermint candies.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into 1-inch pieces.
Notes
- Use high-quality white chocolate chips for best results.
- Adjust peppermint extract to your liking.
