Description
Fudgy blackberry cheesecake brownies combine rich chocolate brownies with creamy cheesecake and sweet-tart blackberries.

- 1 box (family size) brownie mix
- Eggs and oil as called for on the brownie mix box
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blackberries, halved
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Pour into the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
- Swirl the cream cheese mixture into the brownie batter using a knife or toothpick.
- Arrange blackberry halves over the top of the brownie batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the brownie part comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For best results, use high-quality cream cheese and fresh blackberries.
- Do not overbake the brownies, as they will become dry.
- Store leftover brownies in an airtight container at room temperature.
