Description

Create beautiful rose gold strawberries with white chocolate and edible decorations for a stunning treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb California Giant strawberries
  • 1 bottle of sparkling grape juice
  • 22 oz white chocolate chips
  • Red food coloring
  • Yellow food coloring
  • Edible gold flakes (optional)
  • Gold dust (optional)
  • Gold and pink sprinkles (optional)
  • Edible pearls (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak strawberries in half a bottle of sparkling grape juice for a few hours or overnight. Dry strawberries well with a paper towel.
  2. Heat white chocolate chips in microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until melted. Add 3 drops red and 1 drop yellow food coloring to chocolate to create a light pink color. For the ombre pink look, slowly continue to add 3 drops red and 1 drop yellow after every two strawberries you dip.
  3. Decorate with edible gold flakes, gold dust, sprinkles, and pearls. Serve with the remaining sparkling grape juice.

Notes

  • Soaking time affects the flavor intensity.
  • Adjust food coloring to achieve desired rose gold shade.
  • Use high-quality white chocolate for best results.
