Description

Make festive Reindeer Christmas Bark for a holiday treat. Easy to make and fun to decorate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces baking chocolate, chocolate chips or almond bark
  • 48 Itty Bitty Pretzels
  • 48 candy eyes
  • 48 brown mini M and Ms
  • 24 red M and Ms
  • Holiday sprinkles, optional

Instructions

  1. Break or chop the chocolate. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted.
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Spoon 1 tablespoon of chocolate onto the parchment paper. Swirl into a 2-inch circle.
  4. Add two pretzels to the top of each circle for antlers.
  5. Add two candy eyes to the middle of each circle.
  6. Add two brown mini M and Ms to the outer sides of the antlers for ears.
  7. Add a red M and M just below the eyes for the nose.
  8. Add sprinkles if desired. Transfer to the fridge to chill until hard.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or in the refrigerator for two weeks.
  • If chocolate seizes, stir every 30 seconds during melting to prevent overheating.
  • You can make the bark in any shape you like.
  • Full-sized pretzels can be used if broken into antler shapes or if the reindeer are made larger.
