Description

Easy Oreo Ball Truffles dipped in white chocolate and decorated like snowmen.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 45 Oreo cookies (about an 18 ounce Family Size package)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 10 ounces Ghirardelli white chocolate melting wafers, divided
  • 12 mini Oreos, pulled apart
  • 24 Rolos candies, dark chocolate
  • Holly sprinkle mix
  • Snowman sprinkle mix

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment.
  2. Pulse Oreo cookies into fine crumbs in a food processor.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth with a hand mixer.
  4. Mix Oreo crumbs and cream cheese until combined.
  5. Portion the mixture into evenly sized balls and chill for 2 hours.
  6. Melt 1/4 cup white chocolate wafers in the microwave.
  7. Split mini Oreos, scrape off cream.
  8. Dab melted chocolate onto Oreo half, place Rolo upside-down, decorate with Holly sprinkle mix. Repeat, set aside.
  9. Melt remaining white chocolate wafers in the microwave.
  10. Dip balls into melted chocolate using a fork.
  11. Decorate with Snowman sprinkle mix, black sugar pearls for eyes, carrot sprinkle for nose, and black sugar pearls for smile.
  12. Add hats on top of Oreo balls, using melted chocolate if needed.
  13. Allow to set completely before serving, about 15 minutes. Keep refrigerated.

Notes

  • Any flavored Oreos will work.
  • If you cannot find Wilton’s Snowman Decorating Sprinkles, then you can use black sugar pearls or black icing gel to make the eyes and the smile. For the nose, you can use an orange sprinkle or orange tic tac.
  • Store leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
