Valentine Cake Balls are a simple and festive treat.

Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • Valentine’s Day Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Bake the cake according to package instructions. Allow to cool completely.
  3. Using a stand mixer, mix together the cooled cake and the frosting until fully combined. Set aside.
  4. Place the white chocolate chips and the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
  5. Form the cake into balls using your hands. Dip them in the melted chocolate and place on the prepared cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sprinkles.
